CANCELLATION POLICY
In our efforts to best maximize our ability to accommodate clients into our demanding schedule, TWINESSE Skin and Laser Clinic has a no-show and 24 hour cancellation and no refund policy. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us directly at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid a penalty. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to your account and needs to be paid prior to your next visit in the event that our cancellation policy is not met. This provides other clients an opportunity to take your appointment slot should you no longer become available.
